Watch 2 of "Riverdale's" "Carrie" Musical Numbers [SPOILERS]

"Riverdale" is airing a musical episode on April 18. The CW

Riverdale has featured plenty of musical moments before, but the CW drama is going full Broadway with "A Night to Remember" — the kids of Riverdale High are putting on a production of noted Broadway flop Carrie: The Musical and it is as gloriously '70s cheesy as you can imagine.

This isn't just a musical-within-the-show, though. As you can see from two just-released clips from the episode, "A Night to Remember" is in full-on Glee territory, with Archie (KJ Apa), Betty (Lili Reinhart), Veronica (Camila Mendes), Cheryl (Madelaine Petsch), and more of your faves bursting into song in their everyday lives (as well as on stage).

"In" features the crew gathering together with director Kevin (Casey Cott, who's an incredible singer IRL) to discuss the production. Since Kevin doesn't actually have a role in the show, the producers are clearly trying to take advantage of Cott's musical talent by integrating his singing into other parts of the episode.

And in "A Night We’ll Never Forget," the cast of the musical is backstage prepping for their debut — and all decked out in bell bottoms, feathered hair, and more incredible era-appropriate fashion.

Riverdale's musical episode airs Wednesday, April 18 at 8 p.m. on The CW.
