BINGE REPORT: “Stranger Things” Returns With A Vengeance!

The latest season of "Stranger Things" kept bingers busy over the July holiday. Netflix

After eight consecutive weeks, Lucifer (No. 2) has finally been dethroned! Stranger Things takes a hold of the No. 1 position with an astounding 17.66% of binge sessions following its Fourth of July Season 3 release while other originals such as Dark (No. 3) and Marvel’s Jessica Jones (No. 9) take a hit, but maintain top 10 placement. Additionally, FOX comedy series, Glee (No. 5), enters our report with a boost due to Netflix streaming.

Meanwhile, network favorites continue to make for great summer bingeing! The CW drama, The 100 (No. 7) presses on during its sixth season while thirty-minute comedies, Friends (No. 4) and Brooklyn Nine-Nine (No. 10), remain report staples and The Big Bang Theory (No. 6) makes a comeback mere months after its series end.
