Netflix takes control this week with six original series finding placement in the top 10. Former Lifetime thriller, You, maintains the No. 1 position for a second week in a row with its second season and an impressive 11.37% of binge sessions. December releases continue to persevere with fantasy-drama, The Witcher (No. 2), Season 2 of Lost in Space (No. 4), and the third season of Alexa & Katie (No. 8) earning their report residencies.
The new year brings even more Netflix content as ice skating-drama, Spinning Out, lands No. 5 placement, and the final season of Anne with an E (No. 7) makes a mark with its international release. Additionally, fan-favorites such as Lucifer (No. 9) and Grey’s Anatomy (No. 10) prolong their stay into 2020 while The CW telenovela, Jane the Virgin, returns to our list; coming in at No. 6.
2020 will be a great year for television! First on the docket, we have the debuts of The New Pope and The Outsider, as well as the final season premieres from Schitt’s Creek and Criminal Minds! Find out if these series make the top 10 next Tuesday.
