BINGE REPORT: “Elite” Is The One To Beat

Anticipated series, "Elite," has finally returned! Netflix

It comes as no surprise that Elite Season 3 leads the way on this week’s Binge Report! Once again, the addicting Spanish series earns No. 1 placement with an impressive 12.27% of binge sessions; knocking former leader, I Am Not Okay with This, down to No. 8. Teen series continue to climb as dramedy, On My Block, takes the second position, and The CW favorite, Riverdale (No. 3), rounds out the top 3.

Meanwhile, familiar favorites remain strong as more and more viewers binge during their “social distancing.” NBC comedies, Friends (No. 4) and Brooklyn Nine-Nine (No. 6) thrive in March while How I Met Your Mother (No. 10) finds a resurgence in the top 10. Beloved dramas, Grey’s Anatomy (No. 5) and The 100 (No. 9) also sustain placement for another week.

The anticipated Hulu mini-series, Little Fires Everywhere, is on the way in addition to The CW’s Supernatural, and the return of Greenhouse Academy on Netflix. Will any of these shows make the top 10? Stay tuned!

DID YOU KNOW? Following the release of every season (so far), Elite has entered at No. 1 on our Binge Report. With Seasons 1 and 2, the thriller stayed on top for three weeks. Will Season 3 break the record? Only time will tell ...

Methodology: *The weekly Binge Report ranks shows with the most binge sessions. A binge session is when four or more episodes of a show are watched and tracked in our TV Time app within a given day.
