Alex Vause is in the building!
Laura Prepon has officially headed back to work on Orange Is the New Black after giving birth to her first child last month. The new mom posted a makeup-free selfie from the set of OITNB Season Six, writing, "Back at work! @oitnb season 6! #workingmom #herewego #alexvause"
Prepon and her fiance, actor Ben Foster, welcomed a daughter (whose name they have not revealed) over the summer, reported People.
While Prepon is headed back for a sixth season as an inmate on the prison dramedy, it's unclear where her character—or any other character, for that matter—will be incarcerated when OITNB returns. At the end of the fifth season, Litchfield Penitentiary was burning down as some of the inmates were shipped off to other institutions and 10 fan-favorite characters, including Alex and her love, Piper (Taylor Schilling), braced for a SWAT team to swarm upon them.
While it's unclear what their fate is, breathe a sigh of relief knowing that Prepon is back to work.
OITNB is expected to return to Netflix in 2018.
