BINGE REPORT: “Lucifer” Stays On Top As Network Favorites Enter

Is "Lucifer" in danger of losing its crown? Netflix

Following Netflix’s renewal announcement of a fifth and final season, Lucifer kept the crown for a fifth week in a row! The fantasy-drama continues to capture the hearts of bingers new and old with 5.47% of binge sessions. However, it’s network series that played a starring role this week as NBC’s crime dramedy, Good Girls (No. 2), makes its report debut after the show’s Season 2. Meanwhile fan favorite, The 100, has a resurgence during its sixth season -- landing at No. 5. Teen drama kept pace with dark mysteries like The Society (No. 9) and Riverdale (No. 10) while thirty-minute comedies such as Friends (No. 3), Brooklyn Nine-Nine (No. 7), and The Big Bang Theory (No. 8) all breathe life into summer bingeing.

Will the final season of Marvel’s Jessica Jones dethrone Lucifer? Or will new series like Euphoria, City on a Hill, and Too Old to Die Young shuffle the deck? All will be revealed next Tuesday!

DID YOU KNOW? While Good Girls earned its first ranking on the Binge Report’s top 10 this week, it's not the first time the dramedy has appeared on one of our reports. The series was the No. 1 anticipated returning show for March 2019 and made our “Shows on the Rise” report twice during its Season 2 run!

Methodology: *The weekly Binge Report ranks shows with the most binge sessions. A binge session is when four or more episodes of a show are watched and tracked in our TV Time app within a given day.
