SHOWS ON THE RISE: Netflix Releases Kick-Off June

Anime series, "Baki," dominates in the first week of June. Netflix

New Netflix releases triumph this week starting with anime series, Baki (No. 1). The show’s second season enters at No. 1, winning a rise ratio of 96.1% while series finales from fan-favorites, Fuller House (No. 2) and 13 Reasons Why (No. 3), round out the top three. Additionally, Friday’s arrival of Queer Eye (No. 4) Season 5 brings the series back into the top 10 while Netflix dramedy, Dear White People (No. 8), gains momentum as conversations around racial oppression permeate the news.

Meanwhile, reality television series receive a boost as early seasons of Keeping Up with the Kardashians (No. 5) are now available on Netflix, RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars (No. 6) returns to VH1, and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (No. 10) ascends during its tenth season.
