If you can believe it, 2019 is already half over and what a year it’s been — for Netflix originals, that is. In just a few short months, the streaming service rolled out so many different shows that instantly shot to the top of our “must watch list” while earning a coveted place in our queue for repeat viewing. Whether you like dark superhero shows, supernatural thrillers, real-life marvels, or Natasha Lyonne’s magnificent head of hair, Netflix has already introduced something for everyone this year.
Though we’ve still got plenty of great shows on Netflix to consume before we reach the end of the new year, now’s a great time to look back at everything we’ve already binged, maybe even a few times already. The autobiographical series follows the series star/writer/and creator Ryan O'Connell.
The German series is shockingly based on a true story (!!).
13. Black Summer
The zombie apocalypse is here, and one mother will stop at nothing to get back to her daughter.
Netflix has already canceled this show, but at least we’ll always have Season 1!
The Swedish show follows the aftermath of a crime, asking why it was committed in the first place.
If you’re in the mood for an over-the-top soapy drama, Renée Zellweger’s WHAT/IF just might be the show for you.
