This episode ending was superb! This one-eyed man can only be Odin's manifestation, since we know Odin was referenced as an one-eyed man (if you watched Thor's movies by Marvel, you can see Odin with his golden eye patch). Also, we was at many places at the same time. He was on the mediterranean with Bjorn and on Kattegat with the other Ragnar's sons. And as he walked by on Kattegat port, all other people seemed not to mind him, as he was invisible to them.

So, he went to Ragnar's son carrying his message. "How the little pigs will grunt when they hear how the old boar suffered?"
Seriously, what an epic moment on this episode. Ragnar was such an important figure that Odin himself delivered the news of his death to his sons, so hell can break loose on England and the Vikings get their revenge. The rest of this season will be amazing!
