I loved this episode so much. My fave thing about this show is the multi generational perspective. Lydia has learned to deal with sexism as part of life, Lupe has seen it as something that isn't so bad anymore and Elena sees it as something that still needs to be fought for. It was great having them go back and forth and ultimately realize they're all a little right AND a little wrong.
