I have to say that I'm really impresed about this show. The plots are interesting, and the guest stars are luxurious. It's not jus an empty space comedy, it's something more. Well done Seth, now you have your own "Star Trek".

This episode clearly shows what happens when religion runs rampant and people use it to exploit others.

Wow! Another stellar episode. I love they started with such a classic science fiction idea, a generation ship whose inhabitants have forgotten they're on a ship not a world, and moved to a great action story. Alara shot, Kelly captured and tortured! The episode was more intense than I expected. Of course, the elevator scene make me laugh out loud, I know how Ed feels.

I'm amazed at the evolution that The Orville is having.
Throughout the episodes, it has been consolidating with a sci-fi series theme, which is complete contrary to what "specialized criticism" reported, I believe they expected a comedy pure and simple, just because the creator and protagonist Mr. Seth McFarlene.
This episode had an action, a certain atmosphere of intimacy among the characters, I detect a certain admiration of Alara for Capitan Mercer, Isaac curiosity for the sexual life of Capt. Mercer and Commander Grayson.
The story of the episode, in relation to the navae giant they encountered, the development of a society within it, unaware that they were on a ship, was a very good thing to see, and possibly could revisit the ship in future episodes.
Very good episode ..
And besides, it was the presence of LIAM NEESON.

Loving the themes and pacing of each episode. I hope they don't cancel it. If they can keep reality shows on tv, then Orville has to stay. I actually want to see where the characters will end up throughout multiple seasons. โค๏ธ
