So I was determined not to like Talla because I liked Alara so much, but darn it, this was interesting. Well played Orville.

Tonight's episode was outstanding. Bigotry is wrong no matter the species. Only love is the answer. The new cast member, Jennifer as head of security was excellent and a welcome addition

What an interesting way to have the homosexual vs heterosexual conversation. Why can’t it all just be normal, fuck who you wanna fuck, say no to who you don’t. It really could and should be that simple!

I like this girl, but I very much miss Alara. Also I think maybe it's a bit too much of Moclans, it's interesting but there's literally thousands of species out there I wanna learn more about them.

That’s something I’d totally do and say. Can’t believe I can relate to this guy 😂🧁

It’s interesting how an all male species see homosexuality as normal but have great disdain for heterosexuality which in our society is seen as “normal”. I can’t wait for the day where both are regarded as normal and healthy. This was a clever way to have this discussion.

They’ve milked so many fantastic and original storylines out of these crazy Mochlans. Really clever episode tonight. Didn’t see that twist coming. Either of them. Raw, real emotions, and really sad. Wished it had a happier ending

Why is every other episode about Bortus and Moclan culture? Are there no other interesting planets in the Union? I think they gave Kelly the short shift by ending her relationship with Cassius. I never shipped them but the breakup was so abrupt, especially since it was shuffled into the background.

I love how The Orville is keeping with the tradition of Star Trek in making everything political

The best film or show leaves the viewer with an emotion, and I finished the episode feeling sad, angry, and a heightened sense of resolve. Talla's reaction to Klyden at the end mirrored my own feelings exactly. Bravo again, Orville!!
