I don't know why the mum beats herself up so much. She taught her kids to be kind and polite and built a lovely, funny and supportive family. I think that counts more than any organisational skills.
I just want to hang with them, really.

After 3 episodes, they have been skipping lessons 2 and 3 all the times. Why are they hiding information from us?

Oh dear mother, because if the guy does not know how to cook, he could at least be responsible for the organization and cleaning, except that the children are also mega messy and sloppy making her question her efficiency as a mother. I feel that this house is going to be messed up again because they will continue to play TD on her back.

Poor Katrina. Marie, you saved her xdddd.
That man was lazy af, dude, do something, work on this together, uh.
I was gonna get mad about the kids but then I thought about their age, so there, but anyway, they could have been more organized with their stuff at least, shit.

It really made me nervous that the mom would only blame herself for everything. Excuse me, but her husband was useless. I hope he learned something thanks to Marie.

I had the impression that they had clutter everywhere and that they didn't feel the house a home was because they don't have furniture in the apartment. Everything was just put on the floor with no care.

Tadinha! Tão sobrecarregada e ainda se sentindo culpada! A família é super fofa e espero que todos tenham realmente aprendido a lição.

I can see so many women i know on this mom. Carrying the entire family alone, not allowing nor teaching them to take care of themselfs, doing all thw house duties with no cooperation of the others. Oh, and one thing: YOU DON'T HAVE TO HELP, YOU HAVE TO COOPERATE, THESE ARE DIFFERENT THINGS
The husband obviously came from a home where he has never had to do anything around. Making a SALAD? Are you kidding me? You better put together a whole ass dinner, a big one, because no woman shoud spent so much time for such lazy man.
Seriously, i hope it lasts forever, because she has this mentality of taking care of everything like the rest of the family are invalids not able to fold a towel.

This might not be the focus of the show, but we’re facing how sexism is still much present in the current society.
We can see how women are still seen as the sole responsible for maintaining a household functional and tidy, how much pressure they put on themselves and how that ends up creating a vicious cycle that they pass onto their kids.
I think this episode, especially, has made clear how men are comfortable with the absurd and complete denial of their responsibilities in a house (I mean, I wish I could slap that dad’s face!), and how that therefore makes the women overwhelmed with the weight of holding everyone’s responsibilities over their shoulders.
I hope people who live like this, oppressed by what patriarchy and these ancient ideas of what a woman’s place is, will see themselves in this show and use that as a wake up call.
It’s never too late to start living the life you deserve.

So, the mom was beating herself up doing like, all she could to try and maintain order while her lazy ass son was just like: hey, I'd rather keep asking my mom for stuff instead of growing a pair and actually helping her. And her husband was like: yeah I do stuff too but his daughter made sure to let everybody know that was bs. Honestly I felt very sorry for her.
