Knowing that these talks have to happen just made me cry. The system really needs to be fixed. I don’t wanna live in such a world.

I think April is going to be very different after this episode, she has been through so much and on top of that 3 of her patients died on the same day. She’s questioning her beliefs and everything she had ever believed in before and I think that will change her so much. And I also want her to get back with Jackson or at least find someone that she would fall in love with.

This is so old school Grey's Anatomy.
I missed it and I loved it.
Funny and sad. So powerful, so beautiful.
This season is pure fire. Always better.

I'm in tears. This is Grey's at its finest!

I cannot thank Shonda and her writers room enough for writing this powerful episode about Police Brutality affecting Black And brown people and specifically children.
Jackson is right. They robbed that kid of his childhood and every single black kid's who has to have The Talk with their parents about the possibility of not going back home alive.

Tamir Rice was 12 when he was shot by the cops for playing with a toy gun in a Park.
15 year-old Jordan Edwards was coming from a party when he was shot by a police officer who lied that he feared for his life because the car full of teenagers was reversing towards him.

And if you think that having our hands up is enough for black folks not to get shot, Google the story of Charles Kingsley who got shot while trying to calm down his autistic patient.
Thank God he was alive to tell his story.

White supremacists have infiltrated Law enforcement. We know it even though most people are oblivious about this fact.

So unless you address this very serious problem, Police murders of black And brown folks will never ever stop.

And from the people in Europe who think their country don't have police brutality... yes, it is not to the degree of the US but it's not because your media don't talk about it that it doesn't happen.
Please talk to your black And Arab friends who are most likely to be harassed and constantly controlled and stop and frisked because of the color of their skin.
And I will just leave the name of French young black men Adama Traoré and Théo here for you to check out.
Regular acts of bias and racism + police brutality: both give us PTSD.

Man. This episode will be hard to shake off but I'm thankful for Shonda and ABC for allowing this serious issue to be discussed on such a popular show. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
