The quality of this series is extremely high. HBO always fancies in their productions. The sound effects are faithful, the acting is raw, honest and not fall short in any way.

Carentan has become one of my favorite episodes of Band of Brothers, mainly because she worked to individual disintegration and psychological horrors caused by the war from the perspective of Albert Blithe. Be in line of battle reveals the most brutal soldier who exists in every fighter there fighting for their country makes them each proud, but years of insufficient battle for they have become immune from the rubble and "ghosts" that frighten front war. And from the point of view of Blithe was wide open it. He struggles with fear, afraid to face the lines of war and the fear of disappointing his war comrades.

Honorable mention: Albert Blithe. And mainly Marc Warren spectacularly played the role.

In the mini-series and the book it incorrectly states that Blithe died December 17, 1948, due to never fully recovering from his injury (bullet to the neck). He died in the intensive care unit, on 17 December 1967

The war seen through the eyes of the soldiers in all its facets.
