"This Is Us" Moments That Still Give Us the Feels

One of our favorite TV families: The Pearsons. NBC

A third season of This Is Us is on its way, but are we emotionally prepared? Let's get a head start with an early cry-sesh. Grab some tissues as we take a trip down memory lane with TV Time's top meme'd moments from Seasons 1 and 2!

[WARNING: Major heartbreaking and heartfelt spoilers lie ahead. Read at your own risk!]

10. Season 2, Episode 2: "A Manny-Splendered Thing"

"It's gonna be okay." Jack vowed to be more upfront about his issues with alcohol. Bless Kate for always being the first to reassure him that everything will work out.

9. Season 1, Episode 8: "Pilgrim Rick"

Thanksgiving brought important traditions in the Pearson family, but "Pilgrim Rick" gave us their origin story. This episode gave us a feast of hot dogs, Kraft singles, and saltines, an annual viewing of Police Academy 3, and a holiday mascot we didn't know we needed. But the flashback's ending won everyone over as the entire family crowds into one bed at the end of the night. “I want every Thanksgiving to be like this for the rest of my life."

8. Season 1, Episode 16: "Memphis"

After Randall and William take a road trip to Memphis, things take a turn for the worse. William passes away in the hospital, looking up at his teary-eyed son and just like Jack would do with Randall, Randall takes his father's face in his hands and they breathe together until he takes his final breath. Impossible to shut down the waterworks during this moment!

7. Season 1, Episode 9: "The Trip"

To get a better sense of community, Jack and Rebecca enroll Randall in a martial arts class. When the instructor requests that Jack do pushups with his son on his back to show that he'll always be there to lift Randall up, Jack continues past the required amount because he's. the. best. dad. ever.

6. Season 1, Episode 13: "Three Sentences"

A glimpse is enough! We all begged for answers regarding Jack's death, but none of us were really prepared to handle any of it. As Kate digs deep during her fitness class, fans were given a brief but painful memory of her father's funeral - making us all sob uncontrollably.

5. Season 2, Episode 11: "The Fifth Wheel"

We need to talk about Kevin. Kate and Randall tend to receive most of the attention from the Pearson parents, and Kevin feels like the bottom of the barrel. While most of the episode dives into an intense family therapy session, this sweet flashback moment proved that Rebecca always loved Kevin even when she didn't always understand him.

4. Season 2, Episode 12: "Clooney"

Curse the smoke detector! The Pearsons forgot one thing at the mall - batteries. This shot foreshadowed Jack's death, and there wasn't anything we could do to save him!

3. Season 1, Episode 15: "Jack Pearson's Son"

A brother knows! Kevin threw his resentment and jealousy aside to do the right thing; choosing to do "what his father would do," and left his play to help his brother through a major breakdown.

2. Season 1, Episode 2: "The Big Three"

The moment we realized Jack wasn't around, and Miguel had moved on in. And we were not having it.

1. Season 1, Episode 1: "Pilot"

"The Big Three" captured our hearts right from the start. Little did we know that we were about to endure an emotional journey that refuses to let us stop crying! Maybe Season 3 will give us a break... (Highly doubt it.)
