BINGE REPORT: Hell Yes, “Lucifer” Stays At No. 1 After “Game of Thrones” Finale

"Lucifer" stays at No. 1 for a second week in a row. Netflix

Despite all of the hype leading up to the Game of Thrones finale, Lucifer continues to reign! The devilish series maintains the No. 1 position for a second week in a row with 9.05% of binge sessions while GoT (No. 2) finishes in second place. Along with Game of Thrones, several shows bid “farewell” last week as fans of The Big Bang Theory (No. 7) played catch-up before the program’s May 16th series finale, and season finales from network favorites: Riverdale (No. 4), Grey’s Anatomy (No. 5), and Brooklyn Nine-Nine (No. 8) left bingers wanting more.

Meanwhile, Netflix originals, The Society (No. 3) and The Rain (No. 9) jump into the top 10 after their recent season releases, and dramedy, Dead to Me (No. 10), barely nets a spot after last week’s No. 5 debut.

With the Killing Eve season finale on the horizon, and new series She’s Gotta Have It and What/If on the way, what will enter our report next week? All will be revealed next week!

DID YOU KNOW? Seems the Game of Thrones finale was an overall disappointment! Over 32k TV Time users (so far) weighed in about how satisfied they were with the series end. 46% of those voted “disappointed” while a mere 10% voted “very satisfied.”

Methodology: *The weekly Binge Report ranks shows with the most binge sessions. A binge session is when four or more episodes of a show are watched and tracked in our TV Time app within a given day.
