Most Binged Seasons of "American Horror Story"

FX

Every season of American Horror Story is a wild ride! Whether it's witches or ghosts or serial killers, there’s always something that keeps us guessing. Before we get lost in American Horror Story: Double Feature, let’s take a look at the most binged seasons of AHS as watched by TV Time users.

9. Season 9, “1984”

Many series regulars were missing from the slasher-inspired season. However, the counselors of Camp Redwood encountering a serial killer is still fun in its own right.

8. Season 8, “Apocalypse”

The long-awaited crossover brought Murder House and Coven fan-favorites back, and we have the Antichrist and their apocalypse to thank for it.

7. Season 7, “Cult”

One woman’s torment and personal phobias become a little too real when a cult terrorizes residents in the aftermath of Donald Trump winning the 2016 U.S. presidential election.

6. Season 6, “Roanoke”

Sarah Paulson may not care for Roanoke, but Season 6 is a good time! What feels like a show within a show within a show is split into two parts: the first half serving as a paranormal documentary, while the second half of the season is presented as found footage and depicts the doomed production of the documentary's sequel.

5. Season 5, “Hotel”

Loosely based on the Cecil Hotel in Los Angeles, vampires, ghosts, and serial killers roam the cursed Hotel Cortez... where guests check in but don’t always check out.

4. Season 1, “Murder House”

Where it all started! The beloved debut of American Horror Story introduces us to the infamous Los Angeles mansion where the Harmon family meets its former inhabitants and the victims that haunt the home.

3. Season 4, “Freak Show”

Focusing on the last remaining freak show in 1950's Florida and their struggle for survival, Ms. Elsa Mars hopes to find homes for her monsters but desires fame and fortune more… Oh yeah, and Twisty the Clown is there to haunt your dreams.

2. Season 2, “Asylum”

Season 2 took us to the church-owned mental institution, Briarcliff Manor, during the mid-’60s, following the stories of the staff and inmates who occupied it.

1. Season 3, “Coven”

Surprise, bitch... The search for the next Supreme ranks as the supreme season! A coven of witches in New Orleans fight internal and external forces for survival.

Where will Season 10 lie? Only time will tell!

*The “Most Binged Seasons of American Horror Story” is based on binge sessions in TV Time. A binge session is when four or more episodes of a show are watched and tracked in our TV Time app within a given day.
