Elite remains No. 1 for a third week in a row, but with so many shows making their fall debut-- Is the series in danger of losing its crown? The teen mystery series stays on top with 4.57% of binge sessions while former YA leader, 13 Reasons Why, is on the decline; slipping to No. 3. The Netflix dramas press on as new mini-series, Unbelievable (No. 5), breaks into the top 10 and fantasy-drama, Lucifer (No. 7), remains a 2019 report staple. Additionally, adventure is on the rise as animated series, Disenchantment (No. 2), earns the runner-up position following its Season 2 release, and the much-talked about series, The I-Land, finds placement at No. 10.
Meanwhile, ABC’s Shondaland perseveres as Grey’s Anatomy (No. 8) and How to Get Away with Murder (No. 9) near their respective season premieres on the 26th and beloved sitcoms, Friends (No. 4) and The Big Bang Theory (No. 6), never cease to be bingeable favorites.
With a plethora of network premieres on the horizon, will bingers play catch-up on hit shows like 9-1-1 and The Good Place? Or Will Netflix originals continue to dominate? All will be revealed on October 1st!
