Joe Bastianich, together with his trusted advisor Vittorio and a VIP expert of the city or the recipe featured in that episode, will travel throughout Italy to taste four proposals of the same recipe and then choose the best version. Four contestants will compete with the goal of wearing the Foodish apron.
