Engracia, a not very pretty and somewhat silly village girl accuses the truck driver Manolo of having made her pregnant. Marta, a beautiful lawyer, is in charge of Manolo's defense, whom he distrusts at first because she is a woman, but who soon shows him her great professional skills.
