Ambitious corporate employee Aleš is transferred by his narcissistic boss to the worst department - the call center - instead of a promotion. There, he has to figure out very quickly how to create a well-coordinated team together with the crazy conspirator Marcela, the neurotic nihilist Michal, the model Jitka and other bizarre colleagues. That's the only way he can defeat his former colleagues during the team-building weekend, save his new department from being canceled and, above all, find his lost self-respect.
