Tai Ping Street is a mysterious territory with its own set of rules and people to help keep the balance. It looks peaceful from the outside, but little do people know that it's filled with darkness. Everything starts with Nana, who wants to set up a tattoo shop on this street. From then on, more killings, vendettas, and bloodshed take place on Tai Ping Street, which isn't as peaceful as its name suggests.
