Legend has it that Sarah Clockwork, a great virtuoso terminist who disappeared in the middle of a performance at a great New York theater in 1928. It is said that she was "abducted by Martians." In 1986 the young Fran, making use of his precocious powers as a scientist, manufactured a Theremin. With him he intends to communicate with Sarah Clockwork, his crush. What began as a simple game leads to strange events that lead Fran to believe that the Theremin truly has the power to attract Martians.
