Secret Service agent Choi narrowly escapes an attack on the Vice President's motorcade in Los Angeles. While waiting for orders in a secure CIA safe house, other survivors arrive: CIA veteran Halton, police officer Sorello, and Secret Service agents Owens and Reeves. When communication with the outside world is cut off, it quickly becomes clear that the attack was an inside job.
