Min-woo, who went to prison while working for the student movement, seeks love to overcome his sense of helplessness after being released from prison. One day, he meets Young-ae, a fake college student who is stealing things from the school library. Min-woo falls in love with her, but her young-ae is the mistress of the gangster Hyeon-ma, a call girl, and the two maintain a symbiotic relationship. Min-woo, who loves her young-ae, takes her away from the gangster Hyeon-ma and runs her away, but when her young-ae knows that her Hyeon-ma is suffering from her incurable disease, her young-ae feels her pity for him.
