After another fight with his much younger lover, 44-year-old Leonid appears to have suffered a heart attack. Realizing that she is dealing with a gay couple, the ambulance doctor uses stern medical parlance to disguise her homophobia. The conflict enables Leonid to take a fresh look at his life and his fears.
