A woman named Soile, who is tasked with spying on an international criminal team and seducing Captain Simola, who possesses the invention of a Finnish artillery general wanted by frogs. Photographer Lavio also gets involved in the story, who begins spying on Soile and discovers what he is doing, but remains a prisoner of the villains.
