A Gang of Smugglers and the enemies of society were flying in a plane with smuggled gold, but they could not avoid the vigilant eyes of the Police. The Police fired at the fleeing plane which went ablaze. Sensing the Police did not trap him, Gandotra, the Gang Leader made a deal with one Varma, another crook, to find out the lost goods and sent his daughter Rama with him so that he does not make any mischief. Varma wanted to get rid of Rama as there was a big hurdle in the path. Suddenly Tarzan 303 appeared on the scene to save the day.
