Gabriel is an aspiring lawyer whose life suddenly changes after receiving a phone call from the police. A sect has committed mass suicide in the Canary Islands and his sister Cordelia was one of the members and her body has just been found. Gabriel hasn't seen his sister in years: something has happened between them and they have grown apart. Gabriel flies to the islands immediately to find out what happened to his sister and to help with the investigation.
