The Public is a band. We have Ted, his girlfriend Claire, Gary and Andy. Everything seems to be going the band's way. The early 2000's has created a fresh wave of interest in guitar bands, the synthesiser has died, oh, and they just got their first record deal. That is until Claire and Gary elope together, leaving a destroyed Ted and only Andy to keep him afloat. Is there a future for the band?
