The film follows the saga of Wanderlei (Edmilson Filho), known as Agent Karkará, a Brazilian secret agent who fights the most dangerous criminals in the world representing the C.I.C. – Cearense Intelligence Center. When a top secret project is stolen from the governments of Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay, he'll need to use his skills to retrieve the secret formula before it falls into the wrong hands.
