Jan, a rich young man and in love whose life passes successfully, decides to renew his ties with his family, whom he abandoned some many years ago. So he returns to his hometown and, more specifically, to the boarding house run by his mother and his sister. Not knowing how to reveal his true identity, Jan stays at the hostel, waiting for the right moment for his statement. Yet a cruel fate awaits him.
