A London high-society mouse, Roddy, is flushed down the toilet by Sid, a common sewer rat, and winds up in the bustling sewer world of Ratropolis. There, he recruits the help of a rat named Rita, and while trying to get back home, must escape an evil toad who is out for the destruction of all rats.
