The King of Yasortorn is assassinated, demoting Princess Darakumari to third in line to the throne. She befriends Anothai, the son of a retired general, and they fall in love. Anothai later discovers she's a princess, causing him inner conflict as he believes a commoner like him can't love royalty. However, he's determined to make her the Queen of Yasotorn, even if it costs his life.
