Spanish film actress Manuela Ruiz Penella, better known as Emma Penella, had her first important role in 1963 in El verdugo. In recent years, her face was one of the regulars on television thanks to her role as Doña Concha and Doña Charo in the series Aquí no hay quien viva and La que se avecina .
