Mike Mentzer started bodybuilding at age 12. The Heavy Duty, as he became known and won his first competition, the Mr. Lancaster at the age of 18. As a director he was known for Mike Mentzer's HIT Exercise Video (2008), The Comeback (1980) and Schwarzenegger: Total Rebuild (1988).
