Elizabeth Green, billed professionally as Elizabeth Green the Stork Woman, appeared with the Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus in the 1920s and 1930s as a 'freak'. She had no disorders, and was actually a physically-normal woman with unusual facial features. Green was the actual "first" performer to be billed as Koo-Koo the Bird Girl.
