Israelis Yonah and Talia, and their daughter, Ranny, arrive in Berlin excited; Jonah - a musician - received a spot in the Berlin Orchestra, and Talia - a writer - hopes the change of atmosphere will help her write the much-difficult second book. But it's not long before they run into bureaucratic issues.
