The members of the Caspi family lived a normal life in Petah Tikva, until one day they were informed that a relative had bequeathed them a hotel in Nahariya. The Caspians fold their former lives and move to their new home "Hotel Hotel". Only they discover that they haven't exactly inherited the legendary boutique hotel they remember from the past, but a strange and run-down hotel with endless weird and impossible glitches like faucets that scream "HOPE!!!!", English-speaking guests, or an eccentric old hotel concierge.
