A satirical social comedy series, with separate episodes, each episode discusses current local and national issues. Hayer Tayer is a citizen who still seems confused about the situations he is exposed to in his homeland. Sometimes he appears to be quarrelsome to an official because of his sense of being subjected to injustice, and sometimes he quarrels with his neighbor and engages in a sharp discussion with him until he reaches the police stations.
