"Fitileh" was the title of a TV show for children and teenagers which was broadcast from 2002 to 2015 on IRIB TV2. Until February 2011, this show was broadcasted under the title "Fitileh, Jomeh Tatileh" and it was hosted by Majid Qanad. In February 2011, due to the separation of Fitileh's uncles from the then producer, the crew of the show changed completely and from May 2011, the show returned to TV under the new title "Fitileh, Har Jomeh" (2 p.m.). in addition to Fridays, it was also broadcast on Thursdays. This TV show was stopped broadcasting permanently from 6 November 2015, following the protest of the Turks of Iran to the controversial and insulting sequence of this show.
