Serhii Bondar used to be operative policeman of the department in the center of the capital, but after a scandal at work, he had to give up his former job. Bondar gets a new partner - the lazy Petro Dzyuba and tries to get used to a quiet life on the outskirts. But, it turns out, he will not have to be bored. At DVRZ district, order is established by a criminal gang, which is 'covered' by the local police. An honest policeman decides to fight crime.
