Dech, a kind-hearted young man, is born with a natural talent for criminal activities, often coerced by his greedy uncle to swindle people. After being caught conning a powerful gangster, Dech meets Inspector Khunchai, a detective with mystical abilities. Dech saves the inspector from harm, impressing him with his skills, so he invites Dech to become an informant within the gang of Singh Dam, a notorious bandit leader. Dech agrees in exchange for his freedom.
