Luang Narueban Bureerak, an evil lord, secretly loved Sarapee and bought her as a servant after she rejected him. He tortured her when she refused his advances. Sarapee escaped with Pan, Khun Luang's clerk, but Khun Luang pursued them and died in an accident. On his deathbed, he vowed eternal revenge through his will, leaving a house in Bang Lamung where his spirit awaited them. Pan and Surapee, now Suranee, settled there and had two children, Parinya and Pattama. When Parinya turned the house into a hotel, he unknowingly awakened Luang Narueban's vengeful spirit, leading to chaos.
