Mia, anesthesiologist, wife of heart surgeon Hazem, and they have two sons, Shams and Zain. A family separated by a fatal car accident, resulting in a mother whom everyone believes is suffering from post-traumatic hallucinations that she suffered in mid-2012. They embark on a search for their two sons and themselves, even in the midst of the harsh adventures they will be exposed to. Mia is addicted to tranquilizers and Hazem tries to stay together despite the pain.
