The series portrays life in Al Shumaisi district of Riyadh, inspired by real events. It follows a merchant in the late 1970s–early 1980s, during the transition from mud houses to concrete villas. After inheriting his father’s trade, his life changes following his father’s death, leading to conflicts with his brothers.
