The glaciers have receded and all the legendary creatures from the old books have come to light. Ormhildur and old Albert set off on an expedition with Guðrún and Brynhildur. They plan to perform a magic spell to summon the fairies back into the glaciers. Everything goes wrong when Albert is captured and the group crashes into the mountain. During the journey, Ormhildur discovers that she possesses a secret talent and learns that the magical creatures are not all where they seem.
