Karlijn's life, played by Tjitske Reidinga, goes on fairly undisturbed, until she is diagnosed with breast cancer. Karlijn decides that there is only one way to tackle this difficult trajectory that lies ahead: with an enormous mountain of humor and positivism. The thought that things could turn out wrong is just not going to allow them.
