The work deals with the economic situation in Syria, in the nineties, and about the major thefts that were taking place in the country, through the story of Ghawar, whose wife is murdered and accused of killing her. He is imprisoned for 25 years, and goes out to search for his daughter, and tries to prove his innocence in front of her.
